When theatre performances started to resume last year, new creative ways to stage concerts came out - and thus, the West End Musical Drive In was born.
Their series of highly successful concerts has now come to a close, but they live on in a new form as it has been announced 10 hours of live performances from the series of shows will now be streamed online.
Over 25 of the West Ends finest including Layton Williams, Lucie Jones and Alice Fearn will be among the performers featured in the streamed concerts. The series will bring five of the concerts directly to you with a different one available to stream every week from Friday 19thFebruary to Sunday 21st March via Stream.Theatre.
Performer and co-producer Shanay Holmes said "There were so many fans from all over the country that were unable to attend these sell out events. We are so happy to invite you all to join us now, to experience this musical phenomenon from your homes! You’ll laugh. You’ll cry. And you’ll have one hell of a party. It’s the perfect antidote to your lockdown blues!"
