Over the last 7 weeks, Andrew Lloyd Webber treated us (in some cases, tormented us in others) to 7 shows streaming on YouTube every Friday at 7pm. That series came to a close last week with Cats.
If, like me, you were enjoying the routine of having a musical to watch each Friday at 7pm, I've got some good news for you.
Andrew may have exhausted his back catalogue but the shows really must go on and Universal Studios are going to be continuing the release of musicals every Friday at 7pm on the same channel - youtube.com/Theshowsmustgoon
The first installment is NBC's 2013 made for TV production of The Sound Of Music starring Broadway royalty Audra McDonald, Christian Borle and Laura Benanti and Grammy award winner Carrie Underwood as Maria.

Each musical will be available for between 24 to 48 hours depending on the country. More will follow each Friday. Future titles are yet to be announced but I'd expect other NBC productions such as Hairspray and The Wiz.
