Lambert Jackson Productions Songs For A New World became an absolute sensation after it premiered last July. Following a well received stream, it played two shows at the London Palladium and was due to play a season at the Vaudeville Theatre this month which sadly had to be cancelled due to lockdown.
Good news though - if you're in need of a Songs For A New World fix, we're going full circle as the original virtual production is returning online for the first time since its premiere for a special week of encore shows.
The show stars Ramin Karimloo, Cedric Neal, Rachel John and Rachel Tucker. Written by Jason Robert Brown, it is a song cycle with separate performances all sharing the theme of the moment of decision. I thought it was an absolute triumph and gave it 5 stars in my review.
You can catch an encore of the show for one week from Sunday February 21st at 8pm. It will then be available on demand until Sunday February 28th.
Tickets will be available from https://stream.theatre
