As rules regarding theatre performances begin to change, Regents Park Open Air Theatre has announced it will be the first major theatre to open its doors again with some special new performances.
There will be 70 live performances of a special concert production of Jesus Christ Superstar over 6 weeks in August and September, beginning on Friday 14th August.
As well as that, they will be hosting comedy gigs each Monday including Russell Brand, Jimmy Carr and Mischief Theatre.
Social distancing rules will apply with the venue reduced from a capacity of 1256 to 390.
Tickets for members go on priority sale on Monday 20th July with general sale the following day,
