It has been whispered for a while but today it has been confirmed that Gemma Collins will be joining the current UK tour of Chicago.
She will take over the role of Mama Morton in Sunderland on Tuesday 31st May and will continue in the role in Cardiff, Blackpool, Sheffield, Norwich and Oxford.

Gemma Collins is best known as a media personality first having come to fame in The Only Way Is Essex. She joins Faye Brookes as ‘Roxie Hart’, Djalenga Scott as ‘Velma Kelly’, Jamie Baughan as ‘Amos Hart’ and B.E. Wong as ‘Mary Sunshine’. The role of ‘Billy Flynn’ will be announced soon.
