The musical Fiver is returning to Southwark Playhouse for a live streamed concert production later this month, it has been announced.
The show originally ran at the venue for a limited run last year, winning over a legion of fans. The original cast from that run are returning for this concert production. They are Luke Bayer, Aoife Clesham, Dan Buckley, Hiba Elchikhe and Alex James Ellison.
As well as starring in the show, Ellison also co-directed the show. He said "We are so excited to be able to bring back the original cast from last years production to perform again. It's such a difficult time for theatre and we feel very lucky to be one of the few shows to be able to perform during lockdown and to be back at Southwark Playhouse is the icing on the cake! The show will be a concert version with all of the songs from the production plus a premiere of a new song written specifically for the concert!"
The piece runs for three performances only on November 27th and 28th at 7.45pm both evenings with a matinee on Saturday 28th at 3.15pm. Like Before After was, the show will be streamed live from the venue.
Tickets are available from southwarkplayhouse.co.uk
